Cake Painting Party Package
Create Your Own Edible Masterpiece
Turn your celebration into a fun and creative cake painting experience.
Each participant receives their own cake, artist board and decorating equipment, along with a selection of colourful buttercream and matching sprinkles. Everyone can create their own edible artwork before taking their finished cake home to enjoy.
Perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, creative celebrations and parties with a difference, the package gives guests everything they need to decorate, experiment and have fun together.

Party Details
The package is available for up to 12 participants, with no minimum number required.
Equipment can be collected the day before the event and must be returned within two days after the event, providing a four day hire period in total.
Pickup is available from Woodcroft. Delivery is available for $30 within a 15 km radius of Woodcroft.
Package Price
$35 per person, paid upfront
This includes each participant’s cake, buttercream, sprinkles, artist board and decorating equipment.
A $10 refundable bond per person is included in the upfront price. This will be refunded once all equipment has been returned clean, complete and undamaged.
Once the bond has been refunded, the final package cost is $25 per person.
Please note that the equipment is only available as part of the complete Cake Painting Party Package and cannot be hired separately.
Equipment Hire and Returns
Equipment can be collected the day before the event and must be returned within two days after the event, providing a four-day period in total.
A completed rental agreement is required. The refundable bond may be reduced or withheld if equipment is returned late, unclean, damaged or incomplete. Additional replacement charges may apply where costs exceed the bond.
